Who needs this qualification?
This qualification is intended for anyone in a work environment and ensures that all employees are aware of their own safety and the safety of others that might be affected by their work; furthermore this qualification will assist those who require a better understanding of health and safety within the workplace.

How long will it take?
To complete this qualification, learners should expect to undertake 10 hours of learning or 2 half-day training sessions (10 hours).

Course overview
Learners will build an understanding key terms and definitions of role & responsibility for health, safety and welfare in workplace. Understand how risk assessments contribute to health & safety. Understand how Identify & control the risk from common workplace hazard.

20 Learners (1 Trainer)

Certificate validity
The Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace is valid for a period of three years.
